5Ton Driver (with warehouse responsibility), Full-Time Permanent

Responsibilities of 5Ton Driver

• Follow all Health and Safety policies.
• Prepares the receiving/shipping dock for incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Product staging, verification, loading, and unloading (lifting up to 55lbs)
• Conduct vehicle pre-trip inspections.
• Drive the vehicle, deliver orders on time and in good condition, and provide excellent customer service.
• Place product in designated warehouse location; track any product movement within the warehouse.
• Help with yard and warehouse organization, as well as housekeeping.

Required Skills

• A minimum D Class license and three years of driving experience are required. A driver’s abstract is required.
• Professional with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a team setting, as well as proven communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Experience with forklifts is preferred, but training and certification will be provided.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
